COURTESY/LOANER VEHICLE POLICY

Courtesy (Loaner) Vehicles:

1. Should be booked 5 days in advance;
2. Are primarily for customers who purchased their vehicle from Volvo of Nashville, or routinely perform maintenance with us;
3. Must be 25 years of age with full insurance coverage or at least 21 years of age and a full time student at a local university with a student id and proof of full insurance coverage;
4. Are for a 24 hour maximum which if exceeded will result in a penalty of 89.00 a day as these cars are promised daily and if for any reason you do not return, we must provide a rental car for the next customer;
5. There is a $12.00 surcharge for gasoline regardless of time used or miles driven, this offsets the cost of fuel, maintenance, and the manpower spent keeping these vehicles fueled, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

Courtesy (Loaner) Vehicles MAY NOT:

1. Be used for oil changes, factory recalls, or goodwill work of any kind;
2. Be used for warranty work if vehicle was not purchased from this dealer;
3. Be used if your vehicle has an emissions issue or parts ordered that are longer than next day delivery;
4. Be used if exchanging electronic parts, as in radio's or DVD's;
5. Be taken outside of Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Rutherford, Cheatham or Wilson County.
